Advantage #1 - Response Time
Our standard operating procedure is to arrive on our customer's site within one (1) hour on emergency calls and within 24 hours (same day) on normal service calls. Our 15 service trucks have given us the ability to meet these goals on 83% of our service calls to date.
Advantage #2 - Knowledge
Several of our technicians have over 2,100 hours of formal classroom training EACH. The remainder of our technicians all have over 1,600 hours of formal classroom training EACH.
Advantage #3 - Experience
Two of our staff have over 30 years experience each, four of our staff have over 20 years experience each, and the remainder of our staff all have over 10 years experience each. This level of experience is extremely valuable when it comes to HVAC service (as opposed to new installation type work) as diagnosing problems can sometimes be difficult. With this level of experience it is rare for us to run into a situation someone on our staff hasn't run into before.
